Interested in "opening an office" in your community?

Assets for Youth understands that each community in the St. Vrain Valley is unique and that asset-builiding strategies which work well for one community may not work for another. The Community Support Team is a group of local citizens who work within the St. Vrain Valley to support communities in developing and sustaining locally based strategies for building developmental assets for youth.

The Community Support Team supports communities in several ways by:

• providing resources like technical assistance, assets materials, and training to facilitate the creation of locally based services.
• offering opportunities to network and share experiences and ideas with other asset building communities.
• promoting collaborations to optimize grant and resource development.
• coordinating the collection and dissemination of assessment data.
• conducting a regional public awareness campaign about the 40 Developmental Assets.
